• We are looking for an experienced engineer for our DevOps team. This is a senior role in which you\'ll be leading key initiatives in our transition from a centralized infrastructure team to a decentralized DevOps culture - throughout the entire engineering department. Other team members will look to you as a role model.
• Your main responsibilities will include:
• Evangelize tools and best practices for our CI/CD workflow to fit the growing needs of a fast-moving and scaling organization.
• Role-model a mindset of removing manual, repetitive, automatable work to improve our team\'s efficiency.
• Scale the infrastructure to ensure reliable systems that process billions of offers and serve millions of users per day.
• Ensure all platform work is well documented and automated using infrastructure as code.
• Take an active role in helping teams transition from monolithic to service-based systems.
• Collaborate across teams to understand needs & issues and promote cloud governance with security and costs as key concerns
• Integrate our data teams (data engineering, -scientists, -analysts) seamlessly into our engineering best practices.

• A Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject.
• 3+ years of working experience, ideally as an SRE or DevOps Engineer
• Experience driving a topic from conception to implementation with clear decision making.
• Professionalism; to include written and oral communication. An ability to understand your audience and adjust your communication style to fit them.
• Experience supporting/mentoring team members in problem solving.
• A desire to constantly learn and share new knowledge.
• Sufficient working knowledge in:
• Top cloud service provider (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Log aggregation systems (ELK)
• Container technologies (Docker)
• Orchestration systems (Kubernetes/ECS)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Continuous Integration (CI) platforms (Circle Ci,Team City)
