• As Grab continues to grow sustainably, the Platform Quality team needs to constantly monitor the quality of our users (driver-partners, consumers, merchant-partners) to ensure a consistently smooth and enjoyable experience for all users on our platform. High quality and a great experience leads to better retention of users, contributing to overall growth of our platform.
  

• As a Platform Quality Specialist within the Platform Quality team, you will lead the overall strategy of the Platform Quality team.
• You will be the key go-to person for Grab\xe2\x80\x99s Platform Quality policies; you are free to explore new ideas to strengthen our policies and to enhance the experience of users on the platform
  

• Provide useful insights and be responsible for mapping out strategies on Grab\xe2\x80\x99s refunds and appeasement policies
• Ensure a high quality of users (driver-partner, consumer, merchant-partner) on our platform based on a set of behavioural metrics
• Analyze data that is obtained based on user behaviour followed by building and executing quality frameworks to ensure a consistently smooth and enjoyable experience across our platform
• Proactively identify and suggest process improvements for the Platform Quality team, providing solutions, including Automation processes to help reduce manual workload
• Work closely with other teams (Strategy & Projects, Commercial, Merchant Operations, Grab Support) to execute planned out strategies and key areas of improvement
  

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a Consulting, Strategy or Business Analyst role is required for this position
• Stakeholder management and good communication skills is a MUST
• Strong attention to detail is a MUST
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a MUST
• SQL/Python/R programming is a huge plus
• Ability to interpret data, identify gaps in the current processes, suggest methods for improvement and execute plans
