Early Childhood Educator
Job Description
Observe and assess children to determine their skills that are present, developing and yet to develop.
Prepare lesson plans according to respective syllabus for children to enhance their learning.
Prepare necessary reports on children’s learning progress such as reflection after activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
Supervise and ensure safety of children at all time.
Always encourage children to perform tasks by themselves based on their ability.
Prepare meals for children and ensure they eat properly to avoid accidents.
Develop positive relationship with parents and children.
Undertake all the duties and responsibilities assigned by your superior.
