Responsibilities

To analyze and implement customer requirements and resolve software issues toward the feasibility of design within time.

Analyses needs and specifications to produce preliminary vision product concepts based on techno-economic factors and technological restrictions. Involved in the conceptual/architecture/platform design in the early stage of development. Integrate and configure machine vision-related hardware such as lighting, controller, camera, lenses, and optics. For design verifications, perform engineering calculations and simulations. Participate in a team for on-site equipment setup, commissioning, and buyoff. Responsible for onsite system setup and testing for automated vision inspection system. Perform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to customers. Prepare a Gantt chart to monitor system loading progress and schedule system delivery & installation. Check documents and to ensure the accuracy of the Bill of Material.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field. Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineer/Mechatronic/ Software Engineering Strong in software programming, optical inspection & image processing Able to work independently, take job pressures, self-motivated and proactive Positive thinking and willing to provide extended support to customer Applicants must be willing to travel. Knowledge in electrical, PC, and PLC control (Omron and Beckhoff) would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
