Pme (fixture) Engineer

Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the projects deadline
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, communication skill, problem solving skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with hands on support
- Willing to work in shifts (2 shifts) and overtime. Allowance of overtime and shift work will be paid according to the Employment Act 1955
- Must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
- Monitor technicians in performing troubleshoot fixtures issues at line.
- Handle new buy fixture and transfer fixture PMCS documentation IMPN/SR PR/PO/RT/AC.
- Manage Spare Part inventory and record.
- Manage fixture room arrangement and 6s.
- Ensure technicians perform AM and PM maintenance on time and correctly
- Manage team to setup fixture during new line setup and line conversion.
- Manage team to perform fixture pressure paper on time
- To involve and support in i4.0 and QLSS Improvement
