Role Summary:
To operationalize project governance, monitor project performance (schedule, budget), and ensure high-quality reporting and compliance across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage project governance and reporting standards. Track project schedules, budgets, and financials to highlight variances. Maintain central project tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and documentation. Prepare and analyze reports for management and stakeholders. Support resource and capacity planning.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years
of experience in aPMO role
. Strong knowledge ofproject management frameworks
(Waterfall, Agile). Hands-on experience withproject management tools
(JIRA, MS Project). Experience inproject financials & budgeting
(capex/opex).Advanced Excel skills
for analysis and reporting.Must be Malaysian
and able to joinwithin 30 days
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
