ABOUT THE JOB Pre-operational preparations - securing the suppliers, coaches, Guides etc for the tours To coordinate and deliver services / program at the Port during the Cruise Call Secure and supervise third party services. Being physically present at the port on the days of operation to deliver excellent customer and cruise line operational service. Handling correspondence with clients together with the Supervisor/ Team Manager. Liaise with ships and respective operations onboard teams to review, update and arrange all final details, according to pre-approved itineraries. The position involves days of operation in the port, early starts and demands work during some weekends. Communicating with port agent to confirm ship schedule and berthing arrangements. Invoicing and costing. Information is promptly entered into the database Maintaining a cordial and professional working environment in the Department and with all other business units in the company To ensure all the relevant quotations extended to customers are file in a central area for easy reference To respond to all inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours) Invoicing \xe2\x80\x93 preparation and dissemination on a timely manner Verification of suppliers/vendors invoices, bills and payments Any other duties assigned to you from time to time either verbally or in writing by your supervisor
