Carry guests luggage to their respective rooms.
Ensure the hotel entrance, corridor and lobby are free of items and clutter.
Provide directions to guests for the various locations within the establishment.
Help transport baggage and luggage to their taxis or transport while checking out.
Ensure fragile packages are transported with care.
Engage with any special request from guests regarding their stay or baggage.
Arrange for transport for guests.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the premises.
Take on other clerical tasks as needed.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Help guests in case of an emergency.
Report any damages to technicians and ensure the repair is done.
Address the queries or complaints of guests.
Report any issue to the higher authorities.
