Job Description

• Required language(s): Spoken and written Mandarin language (due to business nature)
• Ability to read and write and communicate in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work at Publika ,KL

• Create, maintain and update Item Code in POS system based on the guidelines provided by the Management
• Coordinate with Sales Team to maintain minimum stock levels
• Handle and manage stock of products in an organized manner
• Prepare requisition orders for the incoming stock from supplier and outgoing stock for branches
• Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system
• Assist in receiving, supplying and managing stock inventories, check and verify stocks received, maintain and manage stock records and statements
• Responsible on the technical issue of the POS system such as maintenance and upgrading
• Perform general administrative tasks include printing job monitoring and filing systematically
• Lead the audit team and monitoring the audit process with high level attentive on the stock count
• Prepare report and issue letter when needed and required
• Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management
• Spoken and written Mandarin language candidates preferred due to nature of business
