• Diploma/degree in advertising, arts, graphic design, multimedia design, creative multimedia, marketing or equivalent.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing.
• Independent and self-motivated
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and able to travel when needed

Tanggungjawab

• To create marketing and social media campaigns and develop strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and create and implement schedules for Company.
• Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
• Oversee, build and expand the Company's current social media presence on Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram, including studying and adopting new social media platforms.
• Performing Instagram/Tik Tok live stream. During the sale or campaign period, additional live streams may be needed during after hours.
• Provide suggestions on market trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, strategy and feasibility studies on project development.
• To manage and monitor constantly on client's media orders, media bookings, media plannings
• To assist in marketing & communication programs which include planning, coordination and executing of all ads campaigns, events, promotional activities with clients.
• Professionally assist in handling client's (models, photoshoot campaign, events etc)
• Develop and build partnerships with media companies and influencers for social foot-printing to facilitate improved social performance and value creation.
• Organise systematic research and monitoring of competitors' activities.
• Have the ability to develop passionate, engaging and exciting brand voice that conveys the desired attitude, value and brand personality to targeted audiences on social/digital media and industry communities.
• To develop and maintain social media crisis communications protocols
• Excellent time management skills and willing to work long hours if needed
