• Excellent presentation skills, comfortable in public speaking (interviews, press conferences, and presentations).
• MUST be able to Speak basic Mandarin for marketing communication
• MUST be able to work at the Company location (Subang Jaya)
• Skilled in building and developing relationships with key individuals within and outside the organization.
• A keen eye for detail in copywriting, proofreading, and copy editing.
• Critical thinker and analytical problem solver.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and manage individual projects.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Tanggungjawab

• Acting as a spokesperson for the company\'s brand, handling enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
• Drafting written, verbal, and visual content to promote the public image of the company, including presentations, articles, press releases, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, websites, case studies, and social media content.
• Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Planning, implementing, and managing public relations strategies that align with the company\'s profile.
• Assessing opportunities for sponsorships and other partnerships to promote and maintain the public\'s perception of the company brand.
• Measuring and analyzing performance results and producing reports for each PR campaign, activity, and event.
• Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.
• Advising the company on handling sensitive public issues to preserve its reputation.
• Managing and preventing reputational risks to company brand.
• Staying up to date with PR industry trends and best practices.
• Providing clients/colleagues with information about new promotional opportunities and the progress of current PR campaigns.
