- Conducting research as needed to support client programs.
- Assisting with event coordination, including logistical arrangements.
- Providing logistical support within one or more accounts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Developing accurate media lists and assisting with pitch calls as directed.
- Managing the media database, keeping it updated and organized.
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients.
- Organizing and maintaining a filing system for efficient document management.
- Ensuring familiarity with company policies and procedures related to client work.
- Offering assistance across groups when needed to support overall team objectives.
