To execute and deliver CRM strategies to encourage shopper retention and shopper loyalty.
To monitor the trend and behavior report from the CRM program
To ensure that the program (promotions and deals) are relevant to the company shoppers\xe2\x80\x99 need and want; recommend improvements if necessary
To communicate with customer through CRM channel
To plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing promotions and deals to draw shopper spending and retention in specific month(s)
To resolve merchants\xe2\x80\x99 issues in a timely and professional manner by investigating the issues, developing solutions, preparing reports and putting forward recommendation to the Manager
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Entry/Junior Executive level
