& Summary A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You\'ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements. As part of the Practice Executive team, you are expected to: Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Partners & Directors (P&D) Acts as a liaison between the people they support and the rest of the functions in the firm. Can independently complete a variety of assigned tasks to meet set goals - tasks are performed under general supervision and/ or established guidelines. Continuously apply knowledge and skills to execute tasks to the highest quality. Adapt/ perform all tasks relevant to the current business needs, and when needed, will work in a team environment to complete tasks. Backup for peers and perform their scope when needed. Experience At least 3 years of experience as a full time, full scope secretary and/ or administrator, with one or more of the qualifications listed in the skills/ knowledge section above.
