Responsibilities:
Develop manufacturing processes for stamping, forming, and CNC operations.
Design and maintain tooling, die-sets, and fixtures.
Optimize manufacturing processes including Broaching, Orbital Riveting, and Shot Peening.
Conduct pre-production trials and train production staff.
Provide technical support to meet quality and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment.
Liaise with OEM partners for process qualifications and technology development.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in precision engineering or aerospace manufacturing.
Strong CAD/CAM skills (Siemens NX/Unigraphics preferred).
Skilled in CNC programming, Milling, and Turning.
Familiar with special processes (Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot Peening, Welding).
