Job Description
Job Responsibilities Report directly to Regional Director. To manage and grow the upper mass affluent segment of consumer banking business. To drive Region\'s sales budget and business growth in upper mass affluent segment. To provide lateral support to Preferred and Retail branches on customer base and to meet the sales target of core products. To monitor and evaluate sales performance of Preferred Relationship Managers. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years similar position in consumer banking in managerial role as Segment or Centre Manager. Strong leadership and proven record in managing a group of Relationship Managers. Self starter, proactive and possess sales drive in sales management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fully licensed with IPPC, FIMM & banca. Good in computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office and ability to analyse financial reports & statistics. Senior Relationship Manager with proven track sales record & good leadership skill are encouraged to apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
