QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics/Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Proficient in analyzing, planning, strategizing, and recommending actions or approaches related to sales and marketing activities. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Display a pleasant personality and a customer-oriented approach. Demonstrate strong client relationship and customer service skills. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel, possess a valid driving license and own car. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Engage with the sales team and customers to identify customer requirements and pain points, conducting thorough needs assessments. Conduct analysis/audit of customers\' relevant IT infrastructure to discover weaknesses, inadequacies, and points of concern. Prepare technical proposals and presentation material to communicate the value proposition to potential clients. Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ in a timely manner and contribute to refining technical responses. Provide pre-sales technical support to customers through comprehensive demonstrations and presentations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing technical concerns and providing ongoing support. Collaborate with the product and technology team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of existing products and the development of new offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to products and solutions. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and strategies. Involve in marketing activities to develop and generate new client accounts or retain existing ones. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders, work orders, and inventory reports. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports and attending team meetings to share best practices. Participate in team meeting and sharing best practices with colleagues.
