Job Description

Responsible to take care to students, preparing and serving food for student & staff in preschool and performing general cleaning support.

Job Qualification:
At least 1 year of cook experience in cafeteria/canteen/catering/restaurant is required for this position.
Preferably experience in school cafeteria.
Malaysian, applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru (Straights View).
Full-Time position(s) available.

Prepare food e.g soups, meats, vegetables, salads, dressings, and desserts for consumption in school cafeteria, utilizing cafeteria equipment and cooking experience.
Specializes in providing lightly seasoned, nutritionally adequate, and varied diet.
Inspects equipment for cleanliness and functional operation.
May plan menus, order food supplies, and receive supplies delivered.
Practice safe food handling according to food safety standard e.g Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point HACCP.
Assists in the monitoring, reduction, and management of food waste.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning of the facility, service areas, and all kitchen equipment.
Assist to take care for young students' basic needs in school, such as cloth change, bathing, serve meals and refreshment during break time etc.
Observe and monitor student movement and activities and render help for any needs.
Help student in right health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.
Help and monitor the safety of children.
