As a Warehousing Solution Competency Center, timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures warehousing solution are secure is in the core of what we do. You will provide build, second/third level day-to-day operation support, and help to provide solution for warehousing and investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels. Sometimes, issues might get tricky and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will come into play. When it comes to firmware bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues related to our technologies, communicating with our vendors is key.

This is leadership role managing ITS WMS CC which is providing overall End-to-End implementation in Manhattan WMS for DSC globally. The team is growing in capacity, to meet demand of DSC with MA Active in the pipeline with extension development, managing of existing WMOS configuration migration and also setting up of SaaS Test factory for MA Active.

As a Principal DevOps Manager, you having warehousing solution knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of People Management and Resource Assignment Management will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a WMS aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of WMOS 2017 and Manhattan Active. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize yours and your team tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Chen Pui Shee and I\xe2\x80\x99m a Head of Sub-domain. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 16 years, when I took a role as Business Analyst in the Customer Services team. Gaining more hands-on experience with CS has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Engagement Management team to understand more on financial and people engagement. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Team Manager in eCom team in 2014 as management role. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, I continue my management journey as a Head of Sub-domain in eSS and today in DSC.
