In your new role you will:

• Act as mixed-signal and analog ICs NPI (New Product Introduction) test package integration expert
• Perform test validation, improvement, qualification and release to production per corporate standards and procedures.
• Interact with Divisions test developers, review test data and assess test capability
• Identify root causes and resolve problems related to automated test equipment (ATE), handlers, load boards and contactors.
• Work with operations to identify and document test improvement opportunities.
• Improve test software and hardware for optimized yield and thru put.
• Support introduction of new test platforms, infrastructures and test capability expansions.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production test solutions for mixed signal and analog ICs.
• Hands-on skills with ATE platforms (e.g. Teradyne\'s ETS-88, ETS-364, J750 or Advantest V93K).
• Proven working experience in volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity.
• Sound test programming experience programming in C / C++ or V Basic.
• Strong in data analysis and statistics.
• Hands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamworking.
• Experience in PCB schematic capture tools such as OrCAD / Cadence Allegro.
• Willing to travel.
