In your new role you will: Technical lead & business process owner for enhancement & maintenanceof standardized test package/program management system (from NPI toproductive mode) across Manufacturing Backend Cluster Drive, harmonize & optimize Backend-wide effective Test package /program verification, buy-off & release business process includingmethodology & software tooling Actively engage & collaborate with development & sites\' product &test engineering team for best known methods to drive processimprovement including driving technical exchange platform Drive & collaborate with BE technical/IT experts on requirementdefinition for process methodology/tool development projects forproductivity & quality gains Establish & provide competent training on test process management &analysis methods to engineering community Able to leverage on advanced data analytics skills, work closely withEngineering team towards problem solving relating to product, process &test technology topics across manufacturing domain. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalentwith more than 8 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer /Final-Test manufacturing process or related industry Knowledge in test program & hardware development, implementation &sustenance, previous experience working with manufacturing sites,subcontractors and foundries Applied knowledge in statistical data analysis, data mining /scripting (eg. Python/R, Knime) with good understanding in manufacturingengineering processes, methods & analytical tools Technical experience, e.g. in the area of test & product engineering:function of the supported semiconductor products, the associatedmanufacturing processes, productive testing in FE and/or BE Candidate with experience in product engineering & device testing /Advance product & process control / problem solving and processimprovement methodologies (8D, Lean 6 Sigma, MSA) advantageous Strong communication skill, self-driven individual with ability toengage and collaborate well in a cross-functional setup Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
