This position will mainly lead the Gas Processing, Carbon Capture, & Hydrogen sales activities in Territory within Asia (outside of China and India) 1.Lead the following sales activities: .Work with regional team to implement the Southeast Asia sales and growth strategy for the process technology licensing, engineering, and equipment business .Manage both our existing sales pipeline and development of new business opportunities .Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships .Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for in accordance with regional targets .Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies .Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers to internal alignment .Generate new leads, identify and contact / build rapport with decision-makers .Prospect for sales opportunities, set sales strategies, negotiate, and close sales .Lead and drive the opportunities by understanding the customer\'s needs, build strong intelligence on competitor\'s behavior, activities, and their response to each opportunity .Development of commercial proposals in an agreed time frame per commercial and business requirements .Manage the agreement preparation / purchase order handling and coordinate all activities with the Customer Service Order Management Group (COM) to ensure order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction .Lead, manage and resolve all accounts receivables for customers. Coordinate with Credit and Collections group for past due collections .Forecast sales revenue potential in SFDC/SAP on a rolling 18-month basis for your customers, updating by the prescribed time at the end of each month .Accurate forecasting for revenue and bookings 2.One Honeywell: .Manage the customer relationship in promoting UOP and Honeywell products and agreed initiatives to maximize revenue potential .Manage customer relationships at all levels to ensure customer needs are identified and met .Coordinate activities with broader Honeywell group to build and strengthen relationship for customer 3.Customer Interface and Technical competence: .Have a good understanding of UOP\'s technologies, products, services, and market trends. Increase technical knowledge through learning and self-capable to conduct technical and commercial presentation to customers .Participate in project activities and other activities as may be assigned or required YOU MUST HAVE: .Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or any related fields .Masters degree in engineering management or business administration is a plus .15 plus years in technical experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy Industry .8 plus years of direct experience in business development and sales .5 plus years of direct experience in contract negotiations WE VALUE: .Preferable to have experience with EPCs, FEED contractors, Process technology licensors, or end users .Excellent written communication skills, oral communications skills, and presentation skills .Excellent project leadership and client management skills .Ability to work independently within established goals and authority .Excellent teamwork qualities in a demanding environment .Ability to work under pressure, multi time zone, and successfully manage multiple high priority projects .Ability to learn quickly and apply learnings to sales processes .Successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duties per Honeywell standards
