Principal Sales Representative

Job Description


This position will mainly lead the Gas Processing, Carbon Capture, & Hydrogen sales activities in Territory within Asia (outside of China and India)

1. Lead the following sales activities:

\xc2\xb7 Work with regional team to implement the Southeast Asia sales and growth strategy for the process technology licensing, engineering, and equipment business

\xc2\xb7 Manage both our existing sales pipeline and development of new business opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

\xc2\xb7 Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for in accordance with regional targets

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers to internal alignment

\xc2\xb7 Generate new leads, identify and contact / build rapport with decision-makers

\xc2\xb7 Prospect for sales opportunities, set sales strategies, negotiate, and close sales

\xc2\xb7 Lead and drive the opportunities by understanding the customer\'s needs, build strong intelligence on competitor\'s behavior, activities, and their response to each opportunity

\xc2\xb7 Development of commercial proposals in an agreed time frame per commercial and business requirements

\xc2\xb7 Manage the agreement preparation / purchase order handling and coordinate all
activities with the Customer Service Order Management Group (COM) to ensure order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction

\xc2\xb7 Lead, manage and resolve all accounts receivables for customers. Coordinate with Credit and Collections group for past due collections

\xc2\xb7 Forecast sales revenue potential in SFDC/SAP on a rolling 18-month basis for your customers, updating by the prescribed time at the end of each month

\xc2\xb7 Accurate forecasting for revenue and bookings

2. One Honeywell:

\xc2\xb7 Manage the customer relationship in promoting UOP and Honeywell products and agreed initiatives to maximize revenue potential

\xc2\xb7 Manage customer relationships at all levels to ensure customer needs are identified and met

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate activities with broader Honeywell group to build and strengthen relationship for customer

3. Customer Interface and Technical competence:

\xc2\xb7 Have a good understanding of UOP\'s technologies, products, services, and market trends. Increase technical knowledge through learning and self-capable to conduct technical and commercial presentation to customers

\xc2\xb7 Participate in project activities and other activities as may be assigned or required

YOU MUST HAVE:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or any related fields

\xc2\xb7 Masters degree in engineering management or business administration is a plus

\xc2\xb7 15 plus years in technical experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy Industry

\xc2\xb7 8 plus years of direct experience in business development and sales

\xc2\xb7 5 plus years of direct experience in contract negotiations

WE VALUE:

\xc2\xb7 Preferable to have experience with EPCs, FEED contractors, Process technology licensors, or end users

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written communication skills, oral communications skills, and presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent project leadership and client management skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently within established goals and authority

\xc2\xb7 Excellent teamwork qualities in a demanding environment

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure, multi time zone, and successfully manage multiple high priority projects

\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn quickly and apply learnings to sales processes

\xc2\xb7 Successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duties per Honeywell standards
