Job Description

Our client is a Business Owner who is looking for a Professional Private Chef who is familiar with Mediterranean, Western & Asian Cuisines. Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients (Owner/Guests) to determine their food preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Ensuring to take note of any food allergies or meal preparation specifications from clients.
• Preparing & presenting customized meal plans for approval.
• Stocking on various ingredients ahead & kitchen tools required.
• Reviewing ingredients & other packaged food products to check for quality and consumption date.
• Adhering to the food, safety & hygiene standards always.
• Cleaning & maintaining the workstation before & after every meal preparation.
• Providing clients the instructions on the consumption of certain food items.
• Plating & serving meals to clients on time.
• Washing, cleaning & sanitizing cooking equipment & utensils
• Ensuring that there is no waste of ingredients & can budget wisely.

Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience as professional / private Chef & familiar in different International Cuisines.
• Confident in cooking Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, most popular European, Japanese, Chinese, British, South American, Asian favorites not limited to.
• A highly flexible, creative, hard worker and an organized Chef with attention to details.
• Focus on focus on quality, food presentation & impeccable Hygiene.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
• An experienced chef working within private households, chalets, villas, hotels or restaurants for small or large groups.
• Able to do drinks/ wine pairing with food is a plus point.
• 1+1 Fixed Term Contract based in Bangsar area (Live Out)
• Work for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Supper occasionally only (Upon required only)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
