Job Description

Our client is a Business Owner with own luxury Condominium located in Bangsar area. The role will require maintain very high standards of complete housekeeping service at the Residence regarding all aspects of the representational & non-representational activities on the premises. RESPONSIBILITIES

• In consultation with Client (Owner), the Chef, and the maids, assist with all aspects of representational functions held at the Residence.
• Ensure that all cleaning & household chores are completed by the maid at a high standard level & to ensure the property is well maintained & comfortable.
• Attend to faulty & malfunctioning in the Residence with solution at a swift speed.
• Manage with coordination maintenance, preservation & management of important assets, including wines, books, furniture, paintings, landscapes not limited to.
• Fully manage & handle coordination of scheduling of service contractors along with Director\xe2\x80\x99s Office.
• Supervise & train a team of maids for the general housekeeping, as well as Gardeners, Handymen, IT personal whichever applicable.
• Work alongside with the Director Office in ensuring the Residence is always at a tip top condition.
• Perform errands for the Residence as and when required to always establish smooth operation if the Residence not limited to inventory items required.
• Handles daily requirements of the family members.
• Perform all duties & obligations with decorum, tact & unwavering professionalism.

GENERAL WORKER SUPERVISION

• Supervision gardener, contractors, technician, workmen & all delivery personnel.
• Supervision of inventory of household items.
• Household maids.
• 2nd level supervision for drivers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Cert with 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience as Butler.
• A flexible, multi-task & highly organized Butler with incredible detail & attentiveness who can work independently.
• Ability to work well as part of a small team with good leadership, interpersonal & communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (open Nationality).
• Well-groomed, good problem-solving skills with minimum supervision.
• An experienced Butler working within private households, chalets, villas, hotels or restaurants for small or large groups.
• Prior experience in hospitality and/or service industries is an advantage.
• 1+1 Fixed Term Contract based in Bangsar area (Live Out).
• Monday to Saturday (Off Sunday) + Standby for after work flexibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
