1. Responsible for post-sales operation and maintenance support of private cloud products, including service inspection, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, version changes, etc.
2. Manage customer issues well, continuously track stability risks and problems, ensure stable operation of customer environments, and promote product improvement and optimization.
3. Identify urgent and critical events for customers, promptly connect backend resources to facilitate problem resolution, and minimize impact on customer business.
4. Continuously accumulate operation and maintenance experience, consolidate standard operating procedures, enhance the team's technical capabilities and service levels, and provide high-quality operation and maintenance services to customers.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Over 3 years of practical experience in cloud computing delivery/operations, proficient in at least one mainstream cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Oracle) product.
2. Deep understanding of Linux operating systems, containers, and network-related concepts (K8S, TCP/IP, DNS, VPC). Strong troubleshooting ability.
3. Familiar with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Shell), capable of completing automation tasks.
4. Understand operational change and data security norms, possess reverence and compliance awareness for production environments.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive working attitude, and good teamwork abilities.
6. Candidates holding relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate) will be given priority.
