With over 1,000 employees working at ten different locations worldwide, Hexa Business is well-equipped to manage and execute a variety of customer needs. HR outsourcing solutions are provided through Hexamatics Servcomm, which includes HR administration, HRIS software, payroll services, HR consulting, recruitment, legal compliance, employee passes, and employee contracts. Services are provided to both local and foreign entities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Private Equity and Venture Capital role located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing funds for potential investments, analyzing market trends and conditions, developing business strategies, and conducting due diligence on potential investments. The Private Equity and Venture Capital role also may involve negotiating deals, building complex financial models, and preparing presentations for senior executives. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field Experience in private equity, investment banking, or venture capital, with a strong track record, is preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to conduct independent research with limited supervision Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects and due diligence processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills and experience developing complex financial models. Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages desired but not required.
