Position : Process Engineer

Job Location : Bayan Lepas

Job Summary :

The process engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves offering guidance on best practices and equipment, optimizing production for efficiency and quality, training various teams, and supporting ongoing production activities. They also ensure the manufacturability of new products while adhering to standards and lead new product introduction processes.

Job Responsibilities:

oDevelops Manufacturing solutions/provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements.

oUtilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification.

oDemonstrates a clear, discipline-specific understanding of the full Plexus Manufacturing processes/ Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.

oSuccessfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' Manufacturing Processes.

oProduces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines, as it applies to their role.

Job Requirements:

oIntermediate computer skills, including proficiency in digital tools and software applications.

oPreferred candidate from

Low Pressure Molding

background .

oCapable decision-making and problem-solving at an intermediate level.

oEffective verbal and written communication skills at an intermediate level.

oStrong analytical abilities with statistical analysis expertise and experience with statistical process control software.

oProactive team player with proven ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary environments.

oUnderstanding of structured design principles and methodologies.

oSkilled in developing constructive working relationships with team members and client

oPreferred experience with lab tools, testing, and measurement equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Experience:

plastic injection process: 3 years (Preferred) low pressure molding process: 3 years (Preferred)
