Job Description

Job Summary:To ensure all production manufacturing activities are carried out according to the specifications, requirements and to maintain high standard manufacturing process.Job Responsibilities:1. To design, develop and improve technical methods, procedures and process flows.2. To lead production team for any trial run of new products or processes.3. To improve day-to-day production process flow to get high efficiency and productivity.4. To troubleshoot any problem that occur related to the production process or machineries/equipment or machine improvement.5. To coordinate with relevant department for machine troubleshooting or machine improvement. 6. To take lead for any root cause analysis and determine proper/effective solutions.Knowledge/Skills:

• Good knowledge in technical drawing and well verse in AutoCAD. Skill in solid works is added advantage.

• Good technical knowledge / analytical skills, problem-solving skills.

• Able to prepare report, to use Systematic Problem-solving Methodology such as 8D, 5Why and fish bone diagram.

• Good attitude and can work with minimum supervision. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced phase environment.

• Able to trouble shoot, resolve and handling machines. \xe2\x80\xa2

No colour blind and able to work on heavy and hot environment.

• Excellent in time management and possess the ability to prioritize tasks.

Education/Qualification, Working Experience:

• Must possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) or Material Engineering.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

• Pleasant personality.

• Male Only, Age 30 years and above

• At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing field in production / process.
