Job Description
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Science/ Chemical Engineering.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin & Japanese.
3. Minimum 3 years working experience (preferably Japanese company).
4. IT Literacy: Microsoft Office and Auto CAD knowledge.
5. Must be willing to work in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor.
6. Process own transport and willing to travel. Scopes:
- Responsible to promote, plan, make the decision and follow-up that correspond with production technology and production system innovation to achieve as below, and comply with compliance. * Radical improvement of production capacity * Improve safety, * Improve equipment efficiency, * Quality stabilization, * Cost reduction
- Responsible to negotiate with related departments (including SCI) to achieve to enhancement of production facilities, Quality improvement (includes product safety improvement).
- Responsible for promoting the following matters in collaboration with R&D Dept.: * Determine the need for adding or change in production technology and equipment for industrialization. * Supervise and Manage for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, products and inventory control.
- Responsible for establishing new product manufacturing technology in collaboration with China Prod Tech Div. and innovation Dept.
