Job Description

To monitor the assembly process, secondary process and moulding process. Develop & implement production & processing methods & controls to meet quality standards with minimum costs. Work closely with other department to enhance productivity and quality. Responsible for product, process, test engineering and other engineering technical supports for the assigned project/products. Responsible to achieve the departmental goals and quality objectives by working closely with the immediate superior through planning, implementing and closed loop improvement. To co-ordinate with department/section regarding project & quality matter. To take corrective active if sample approval is NG. To carry out new project sample testing, after repairing & modification. Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project. To liaise with customer for all the new product, activity, manufacturing, process design and development before mass production. To have good co-operation among all the subordinates & lead them to achieve company's goal. Manage and control departmental expenditure within the budgets. To ensure accurate data in HYDRA & AIP System To ensure that operators are using personal protective equipment where it area is required. To carry out assignment according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001 & GP requirement. Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Qualification

Degree in Mechanical Engineer ing or any related field. At least 5 years' experience in Plastic Injection Moulding. Leadership skill, Technical skill, problem solving skill, knowledge of quality. Able to monitor yields and develop continuous improvement of process.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
