• Manage and optimize mold processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee the Trim & Form processes, including troubleshooting, process improvement, and yield enhancement.
• Develop and implement protocols to meet IATF 16949 standards in all aspects of mold and trim & form operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments of equipment, tools, and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations within the mold and trim & form processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mold processes and Trim & Form operations within the semiconductor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards and their application in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience managing a team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is preferred.
