• Responsible for technical support for NPI projects, technical assessment & process optimization.
• Support and resolve major process / yield problems in the sustaining projects.
• Product transfer and PFMEA
• Process Improvement - Poka Yoke, Systemic action, Prevention, RCCA.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Degree holder in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 10 years experience in PCBA Process Manufacturing.
• Familiar with NPI and sustaining product include process yield improvement.
• Experience in cost reduction project for IDM and process flow optimization.
• Able to understand BOM and line layout.
