Job Description

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Attend production line escalation (process related) in terms of quality and productivity, provide containment actions to prevent line down. Responsible for root cause investigation and disposition for maverick lots. Initiate and support continuous process improvement engineering projects. Support internal or external customer line audit and special customer request build execution. Prepare one point lesson (OPL) and conduct training to shopfloor team on new changes implemented by engineering. Conduct process buyoff for new machine conversion before release to production. Conduct MSA on equipment in test line. Attend optical SPC escalation in test line.

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent field. * >2 years experience in product, process, equipment and manufacturing engineering.
