Job Description

We are looking for a Process Improvement Executive to assist in processing of data collected from day-to-day operation and summarize into PowerBI report format, not only limit to maintaining existing Power BI report as well as creating new PowerBI report and modification or enhancement to it.

Assist in report creation & maintenance from the data captured by IOT devices and systems.

You are driven to: * Assist in process and maintain existing BI report by

• Coordinating with the production admin department and other departments on the data collection and processing process.
• Supporting on creating and revising templates for improved data collection.
• Automate the process of data collection with the use of IOT devices.
• Key deliverable:

• Timely bi-weekly/monthly update report of PowerBI reports.
• Automate data collection, reduce manual data entry process.

• Assist in PowerBI report creation.

• Review data collected by/from different departments in QLK.
• Compiling information captured, process and create new PowerBI report template.
• Maintain and enhance PowerBI report whenever needed.
• Key deliverable:

• PowerBI Reports and Dashboards created.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in information technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field is preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years\' related experiences, it is good if candidate is from Food Industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills & problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Intermediate level (pivot, macro, power query and other analysis tool)
• Knowledge in Power BI and Structured Query Language (SQL) are added advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to be based at Shah Alam.
