Snapshot of the role:

We are looking for a Process Improvement Executive to Assist in implementation of Process Improvement projects, planning of Central Kitchen Expansion project, support, and coordination of Japan FamilyMart Support Activities.

You are driven to: * Assist in Process Improvement projects by

• Coordinating with the production department and other departments on the implementation of Process Improvement action items.
• Supporting on creating and revising templates for improved data collection.
• Key deliverable:

• Reports and Dashboards created in the projects.
• Bi-weekly/Monthly progress update report for Process Improvement projects.

• Assist in Central Kitchen Expansion project by

• Collecting data from different departments in QLK.
• Compiling information required by the project team for planning and decision making.
• Key deliverable:

• Data Reports and Dashboards created by the projects.

• Assist in Japan FamilyMart Support Activities by

• Supporting on coordination of activities between JFM and QLK.
• Supporting as interpreter of Japan FamilyMart Project Advisor and other JFM members during their visit to support (optional, if fluent in Japanese)
• Supporting to translate any documents between Japanese and English. (Optional, if fluent in Japanese)
• Key deliverable:

• Documents required for the activity coordination between JFM and QLK.
• Translated documents. (Optional, if fluent in Japanese)

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or General Engineering or related field is preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years\' related experiences, it is good if candidate is from Food Industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills & problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Intermediate level (pivot, macro, power query and other analysis tool)
• Knowledge in Power BI and Fluent in Japanese Language are added advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to be based at Shah Alam.
