Scope of Position Training and Process Improvement Officer is responsible to coordinate and provides onboarding training to new comers and subcontractors. The person is also contributes to process improvement projects, ensure the deployment of new processes, rules and regulations Key Responsibilities1. Building and maintaining comprehensive training modules, including question bank on different scenarios to enhance training effectiveness and assessment for trainee 2. Key person to roll out new processes or tools, ensuring we have proper work instruction and other proper documentation in place for effective training 3. Conduct newcomers and subcontractor on boarding training, set clear timeline to complete the whole program 4. Coordinate with COD Leaders to manage and monitor subcontracting activities and performance 5. Coordinate and contribute in COD Level 1 and 2 qualifications 6. Contribute to process improvement plan; ensure proper deployment to the team of new processes, rules and regulation 7.Take ownership of building and updating each COD team member skill matrix 8. Coordinate and provide training to individual base on skill matrix 9.Evaluate and tracking on history of individual KPI non-compliance, build the trend analysis and suggest for training modules that could effectively improve the performance 10.Conduct refreshment training for existing team member in their areas of improvement 11. Back up for COD operations including 24/7 shift pattern Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
training & Process Improvement officer: 2 years (Preferred)
Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
