POSITION TITLE : Process & Instrumentation Technician
REPORTS TO: Manager, Operations
LOCATIONS : Shah Alam, Malaysia
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Proactively plan, lead, supervise and control production activity at Shah Alam, Malaysia site to achieve assigned targets
Assist in the areas of control and monitor of repairer instrumentation in order to meet the standard
Involves installing and maintaining instruments on new or existing plant equipment and processes
Monitor and maintain the maintenance of warehouse is safe in all the aspects
Proactively plan, lead, supervise and control resource related production
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Set up KPI evaluation for maintenance section and work on target planning achievement
Provide preventive maintenance schedule for production automated machine included repair line conveyor and sorting machine
Implement proper maintenance and immediately fix production automated machine when machine break down
Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using handtools.

Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing
Sustain responsibility automated machine operate properly
Ensure technician operator's behaviour is compile with company's policy
Prepare list of production automated machine spare parts and tools
Control and monitor automated machine spare part inventory
Create training plan of technician's mindset in maintenance matters
Verify and demonstrate role model of safety workplace with PPE equipment
Notify the maintenance plan, improvement and modification of machine
Action and cooperate production quality, safety environment
Record automated machine downtime history
Response all assigned job from manager
Evaluate technician staff's performance
