Role Overview:

As an Production Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Participating in training sessions focused on operating our production machines, adjusting machine parameters, and observing the production of our company products according to SOP. Gaining hands-on experience across various production stages and processes on the production floor. Acquiring practical proficiency in the use of our machinery and mechanical tools. Ensuring production output meets projected volume and adheres to timelines. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment on the production floor.

Candidate Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Possess a diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Polymer, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related discipline from Vocational College, MARA Institution or tertiary college/university. Willing to be based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Seksyen 10, Selangor, for work. Exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive attitude. Be open to working in 8 hours or 12 hours shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am). Work schedule is based on 5 working days and 2 rest days depending on rolling duty roaster. Demonstrate good discipline and professionalism. Display effective communication skills.
