Technician (Water Processing)

Assist & report to Processing Supervisor/ Executive and QA Manger Controlling and maintaining process control equipment, pumps, motors, electrical equipment, and others at water processing & pump house To plan preventive maintenance schedule together with superior & perform preventive maintenance inspections and procedures, and organizing and controlling maintenance operations To carry out troubleshooting for process, instrumentation, mechanical problems; finding the root cause and carry out corrective maintenance Assist on maintaining & ensuring that water quality standards are met by controlling operations and monitoring overall water processing process. To carry out daily /weekly/ monthly maintenance/ calibration check list on all equipment/ machinery and fill in the checking / inspection result / condition. To feedback to Superior for any equipment/ machinery abnormalities found. To record down machine breakdown reason, downtime and parts issue out Propose to Superior for critical parts needed for continuous operations of water processing To involve any projects that are related with water processing & water source Assist in developing, implementing & maintaining Safety, GMP, Halal & Food Safety at water processing & water source Perform any ad-hoc task as instructed by QA Manger / management.

Qualification

: As least Diploma / Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)

Specify type of experience

: Technical experience especially in manufacturing industry

Minimum years of experience

: At least 2 years in manufacturing industry as technician, experirnce in food industry / QA is an advantage.

Special abilities or skills required

: Trouble shooting mechanical / electrical part

Additional:

Computer literate, able to work on shift rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
