Responsibilities:
Handle production exceptions and drive process improvements Analyze and resolve process and technical issues during production Coordinate process, material and equipment trials with data collection and reporting Monitor and improve key process indicators (rework rate, return rate, FPY, defect rate) Lead front-end process operations and respond to major abnormalities Analyze non-conforming products and implement corrective actions Provide technical training to production and quality personnel Prepare, update and maintain process documentation and One-Point Lessons (OPL) Support continuous improvement, cost-reduction and cross-functional activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or photovoltaic industry
(1 year experience in similar role is an advantage)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Willing to work on shift rotation Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
