Perform tasks during 12-hour shifts (morning & night) such as lot disposition, shift handovers, alarm recovery, tool setup checks, and monitoring SPC/FDC/YDD.
Troubleshoot process issues and respond to equipment or process deviations.
Monitor and analyze SPC charts, taking corrective actions as needed.
Collect and document data for process or equipment faults.
Work with engineers on experiments, process improvements, and qualifications.
Follow SOPs and maintain safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
Help reduce scrap and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates welcome.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Motivation to learn and grow in a high-tech environment.
