The Role

The

Process Technician

supports the Process Engineer in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and reliability. This role involves hands-on work in machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization, contributing to smooth production operations and continuous improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the

Process Engineer

with

data collection

and

process yield studies

. Support the Process Engineer in

new machine, process, and jigs/fixtures buy-off

. Assist in

MES setup

, configuration, and

error troubleshooting

. Provide

production support

for any

process-related issues

. Perform

line setup

and

production line re-layout

as required. Set up, repair, and troubleshoot

automated machines

. Perform

Conformal Coating

,

Potting

, and

PCB Router

machine setup and troubleshooting. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Skills & Experience

Experience in

machine setup, repair, and troubleshooting

in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of

production processes

,

fixtures

, and

line setup

. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work

independently

,

self-motivated

, and

result-oriented

. Willing to

work shifts or weekends

Qualifications

Diploma

in

Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent.
