Role Summary

- To Assist Engineer on process monitoring, NPI, Work Instruction and line improvements, to assist production on training, line process verification.

Responsibilities

- To preform debug of line failures on timely manner.

- Comply with all W/I, production, quality, safety requirements etc.

- To enforce 5S tasks in production line, etc.

- Find out the bottleneck position, measure cycle time and find out the influence factor.

- Analyze the 4M Method of the problem, such as Man, Machine, Material, and Method, find out the problem, and provide root cause.

- Assist the production line to solve the incoming defects of plastic materials, hardware materials and packaging materials, and inform the Production of the long-term and short-term improvement plan.

- Carry out New product qualification run and training to Production.

- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

- To verify production process and line conversion process.

- Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.

- Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
