Job Description
Client Background: EMS industry Industry : Manufacturing Location: Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title : Process Technician Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM2,000 - RM3,000 Responsibilities Able to perform routine tasks in accordance to documented equipment related procedures Support equipment installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of production equipment performance. Assist for Process optimization - yield and cycle time improvement activities. Process documentation - generating and updating line working documents Assist in conducting process related training to the shop floor staff. Perform routine defect and process control analysis. Participate in DOE or engineering evaluation to improve process methods. Sound knowledge in manufacturing and process engineering Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Generate daily, weekly and monthly production tracking reports. Manage for All Calibration Equipment, Update equipment checklist and PM A good team player with computer knowledge Problem solving skills Perform other duties as assigned Requirement Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical Minimum 1 year SMT & Wave working experience Possess good computer skills especially in Windows & Excel
