We zijn op zoek naar mensen die een verschil willen maken, getalenteerde medewerkers met de vaardigheden en passies om het beste te worden in wat ze doen.Job SummaryThe Process Technician is responsible for carrying out the required standard activities of their assigned tasks, in full compliance to the Work Instruction and/or Standard Operating Procedure, and without compromise to their own, and colleagues, safety.Where required to achieve \'certified\' status, the team member will be taught how to undertake their tasks safely, and to a high quality level, through a rigorous Job Instruction process, and will be expected to attain the relevant certification, as measured by the competence matrix and specified in the site\'s BMS/QMS.The team member will be fully supported by their Team Leader (TL), who will enable their training, coaching and quickly respond to them if they find any off-standard / quality issues.They will be expected to actively identify safety concerns (Hazard identification), make problems immediately known to their TL (Pull the Andon), and raise improvement ideas to solve problems (Kaizen).They will be part of a team that will collectively work on creating a \'Great Place To Work\' through a culture of continuous improvement, safe working and open dialogue.Job Responsibilities

• Performing schedule maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repair on machinery and equipments
• Evaluates parts identifying areas requiring removal or rework to maintain customer specifications by using measuring tools.
• Maintain record of maintenance activity, repair, and equipment performance
• Checks all work to assure that quality standards are maintained and has adhered to all specifications and procedures involving internal and customer practices.
• Participating in continuous improvement (Kaizen activity)
• Maintains a clean work environment (including assigned storage and cleaning duties) in full compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to their team in creating a "Great Place to Work" by role-modelling safety-first and supporting their colleagues
• Adhering to safety protocol and follow all GKN Aerospace Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards.
• Support the team and TL in problem solving, contributing ideas based upon own experience of their tasks
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirement and Export Control regulations
• Performs daily preventative maintenance of equipment in adherence with a predefined schedule.
• Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job QualificationsSPM, Diploma, Professional Certificates, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires minimum two (2) years related experience including basic knowledge of computer startup and operation.Have the ability to read blue prints.Knowledge and experience in trouble shooting of safety, quality and technical issues with co-workers, quality and engineering functions.Must be willing to work in a repetitive production environment with concern for meeting cost, quality and schedule requirements.The ability to work as a team player as well as independently is required.Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DIB)As a global engineering company, innovation is what differentiates us from our competitors and is central to our success.A balance of cultures, ethnicities and genders help bring new ideas and creativity to GKN.
