Position Title : Process Technician
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM2,000 - RM3,000
Responsibilities
- Able to perform routine tasks in accordance to documented equipment related procedures
- Support equipment installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of production equipment performance.
- Assist for Process optimization - yield and cycle time improvement activities.
- Process documentation - generating and updating line working documents
- Assist in conducting process related training to the shop floor staff.
- Perform routine defect and process control analysis.
- Participate in DOE or engineering evaluation to improve process methods.
- Sound knowledge in manufacturing and process engineering
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly production tracking reports.
- Manage for All Calibration Equipment, Update equipment checklist and PM
- A good team player with computer knowledge
- Problem solving skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical
- Minimum 1 year SMT & Wave working experience
- Possess good computer skills especially in Windows & Excel
