Position Overview : To carry out and monitor the process of resins to ensure finished goods meet the required specifications and quality. Responsibilities : a) To carry out the resins process activities, monitor and perform process control and analysis throughout the process to ensure the end product meets the required quality and specifications. b) Perform troubleshooting with superiors to resolve process problems as and when required. c) Record reliable and accurate production data. d) Monitor in-process parameters such as batch temperature, reactor pressure, dosing rate and etc. e) Audit raw material in batching area/production floor, hot room and peroxide house before the operator perform the hoisting/loading. f) Carry out operator tasks of loading, sucking, drumming, filter changing, standby drum, hoisting and capping on rotational basis. g) Ensure good housekeeping practice is carried out. h) Ensure work carried out is in accordance to Company rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedure and Safety, Health and Environments requirements.
