Responsibilities

Support process engineer to develop alignment process or design stations for new products, support to execute DOE, validation.
Support process engineer to verify 2nd source material for alignment process, request the alignment software modification if need.
Support process engineer to verify new automated alignment machine and finish buyoff.
Machine/Station and process major trouble shooting, sustain existing NPI products alignment process and production, support new products ramp up.
Alignment low yield analysis and assist engineer for process improvement.
Draft alignment process work instruction and train operators.
Smoothly transfer process to operation team and production, supporting yield improvement till achieve target.
Run night shift if need.
Good experience of reflow, wave soldering, underfill, glob top, press IT, PCBA cleaning.
Experience in handling DEK,ASM,AOI, X-Ray, Router machine (extra advantage).
