Carry out daily monitoring, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/systems.
Ensure all machines and equipment are properly maintained to support smooth production processes in accordance with the preventive maintenance schedule.
Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential faults and take necessary action to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and efficiency of machines and equipment.
Properly document all maintenance activities and related tasks.
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor from time to time.
Respond promptly to emergency calls related to production machinery or plant issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace in compliance with 5S standards.
